Information for Medical Professionals
Jenny Clairfayt is a qualified Mental Health Nurse specialising in trauma therapy. Her approach combines EMDR, Flash Technique, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and Qi Gong - a mindful, somatic practice. She focuses on resolving childhood trauma, which underlies many mental health conditions including anxiety, PTSD, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
Referral Pathways
1. Clients in North Coast NSW (Northern Rivers to Port Macquarie)
GPs should phone the Medicare Mental Health Access Line on 1800 595 212 and request referral to Jenny Clairfayt. Once accepted, the GP then sends the Medicare Mental Health Care Plan directly to Jenny at: Email: alphamindwithjenny@gmail.com
2. Clients Outside the North Coast NSW Region
GPs can refer clients directly via an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. This provides clients with up to 5 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year (~$55 rebate per session), provided they haven't already used this benefit with another allied health professional.

3. Private Clients
Clients may also contact Jenny directly for private sessions. Fee: $100 per session Available: In-person (Mudgeeraba, QLD) and via Telehealth (nationwide)
